Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead hospital renovation projects in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities for ongoing healthcare facilities with minimal travel.

You will manage hospital logistics, coordinate multiple subcontractors, and ensure infection control and safety standards. The position offers a strong compensation package including a base salary, vehicle, and profit sharing, with relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor.
• Must have experience working in active/occupied hospital environments
• Strong understanding of hospital-specific site logistics, infection control, safety requirements, and coordination around patients, staff, and ongoing operations.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors on site.
• Comfortable producing and managing 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Experience conducting toolbox talks and overseeing site safety.
• Strong documentation skills, including daily logs and project records within Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage active hospital and lab renovation projects, all based locally in Raleigh.
• Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors on site, ensuring seamless operations.
• Maintain hospital-safe environments with infection control practices and safety compliance.
• Produce and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules for efficient progress.
• Document daily logs and project records in Procore to support transparency and accountability.
