Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead hospital renovation projects in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities for ongoing healthcare facilities with minimal travel.

You will manage hospital logistics, coordinate multiple subcontractors, and ensure infection control and safety standards. The position offers a strong compensation package including a base salary, vehicle, and profit sharing, with relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor.
• Must have experience working in active/occupied hospital environments
• Strong understanding of hospital-specific site logistics, infection control, safety requirements, and coordination around patients, staff, and ongoing operations.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors on site.
• Comfortable producing and managing 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Experience conducting toolbox talks and overseeing site safety.
• Strong documentation skills, including daily logs and project records within Procore.

Responsibilities

Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 base + vehicle + gas card + profit sharing

Exciting opportunity to join a Commercial General Contractor who is rapidly growing and looking to expand their healthcare division.

The Superintendent will work on active hospital and lab renovation projects, all based locally in Raleigh, so minimal travel is required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000 - $160,000 base salary
