Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K+ premiums).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations).
• Cross-sell across platforms.
• Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates.
