Open schedule, Monday–Friday 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with full-time status and immediate hire. The role requires data entry accuracy, strong customer service, and ability to work independently or in a team, plus compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or yard operations is a plus.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document the condition of trailers, chassis, and containers.
• Update the system with detailed inspection information.
• Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
• Maintain assigned workstations and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with yard personnel and dispatch teams to support smooth operations.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.
