Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe utility installations across railroad property.
• Perform on-site observations of trenchless construction.
• Document pre- and post-construction site conditions.
• Attend daily job briefings with railroad and contractor teams.
• Provide daily inspection reports detailing work progress.

Skills

Knowledge of AREMA standards

Understanding of general construction practices

Proficiency in electronic communications (email, text)
