Job summary

RailPros is a premier provider of engineering and safety services for America's rail and transit industry. We seek a Utility Construction Management Associate 1 to observe and document utility installations on railroad property and ensure compliance with approved plans and agreements.

You will support field personnel, attend briefings, and escalate non-compliant items. A High School Diploma and 3–5 years railroad/utility experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AREMA standards.
• General construction practices are required.
• Proficiency with electronic communications including email and text.

Responsibilities

• Observe utility installations across railroad property.
• Perform on-site observation of trenchless construction within railroad right-of-way.
• Document pre- and post-construction site conditions and verify materials and layout.
• Attend railroad (flagger) and contractor daily briefings and discuss project requirements.
• Submit time, expenses, and daily inspection reports.
• Escalate non-compliance items to management/engineers for resolution.
