Job summary

Alstom in the United States is seeking a Technical Trainer to support the Integrated Services Readiness team by creating and delivering training programs on Railway Signaling and Operations. You will work with internal teams and external suppliers and adapt schedules for multiple sites across the U.S., while ensuring safety standards and quality in training.

You will develop courseware, deliver workshops and online courses, and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• Technical educational background and workshop practice.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge with trains systems.
• Familiarity with training delivery processes.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise courseware material following procedures.
• Deliver training in compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Supervise and evaluate training by external suppliers.
• Maintain training documentation and records.
• Analyze training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
