Job summary

Alstom in Atlanta is seeking a Services Training Engineer to design and deliver advanced training solutions for rail systems, partnering with maintenance and operations teams to ensure operational excellence.

You will develop scalable programs for diverse technical audiences, leverage digital platforms and simulation tools, and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement across global projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical training or rail systems, aligned with Ag-08 grade.
  • Proficiency in rail maintenance systems, digital training platforms, and instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
