Job summary

PSC Group in Baytown, TX is seeking an S&T Supervisor to lead site safety and training programs, acting as the operations leader in their absence. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, training material development, and field coaching to reinforce safe practices.

You will oversee onboarding, conduct safety meetings, and guide leadership on compliance interpretations, while performing incident investigations and audits to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction standards and FRA safety regulations.
• Experience delivering safety training and onboarding.
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory guidance and implement site procedures.
• Willingness to work on-site in varying environmental conditions.
• Strong documentation, audits, and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads site-level safety and training programs and serves as acting leader in the absence of the Operations Supervisor or Superintendent.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, client, and company safety standards through proactive oversight and documentation management.
• Develops and maintains safety procedures, training materials, and site-specific compliance programs.
• Conducts employee onboarding, safety meetings, and field-level coaching to reinforce safe work practices.
• Provides regulatory interpretation and guidance to site and corporate leadership.
• Investigates incidents, conducts audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
