You will develop and drive quality management systems to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and excellence in construction and maintenance of railroad infrastructure. You will conduct audits, lead root cause analysis, mentor teams, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management to implement Six Sigma and lean practices while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in railroad construction quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, GMP, FDA regulations.
• Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.
• Ability to analyze data and solve quality issues.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems for railroad track projects.
• Lead quality audits across multiple sites to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform inspections including GD&T analysis to verify specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and project teams to implement quality controls.
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and traceability.
• Lead training on ISO, GMP and QA/QC protocols.
