Mainline Services, LLC is seeking entry-level Laborers to support railroad construction and maintenance tasks, including rerailing operations and equipment handling. The role involves outdoor work, adherence to safety protocols, and readiness for extended hours and travel.

Applicants should be capable of lifting 75–100 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to obtain CDL-A within 90 days. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Experience in field-based operation involving manual labor (construction, farm equipment, utility, or related industry).
• Must be able to use or learn a variety of tools and equipment listed (pulleys, vises, hand/power tools, welding equipment, etc.).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• CDL Permit and ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of hire.
• Capable of understanding and following directions.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Display strong adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Requires lifting approximately 75-100 lbs.
• Constant bending, twisting, stooping, standing and walking.
• Must pass qualification tests (E-Rail Safe, Background, Drug Test).
• 24/7 availability to respond to emergency calls.

Responsabilidades

• Execute field-based work including manual labor for rerailing operations and track maintenance/repair.
• Follow directions and safety policies/procedures.
• Ensure activities are safe, efficient, and protective of employees and assets.
• Use PPE and follow established processes/procedures.
• Seek direction from Foreman/Supervisor for daily tasks.
• Prepare and move materials for rerailing and track maintenance.
• Reload equipment/materials for safe transport and assist in site clean-up.
• Perform related manual tasks such as vegetation trimming and digging.
• Participate in daily safety briefings.
• Be available for extended hours and travel as needed.
