Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a railroad company, preferably in maintenance of way or TY&E
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Willingness to travel 50–85% and complete required training

Responsibilities

• Oversee worksite safety and provide flagging services as needed
• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations (49 CFR 214) during track operations
• Monitor track conditions and coordinate train movements with dispatchers
• Document activities, briefings, and incidents for management and regulators
• Enforce all Railroad, State, and Federal policies
