Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and related industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training or railroad operations.
• Subject matter expert in 49 CFR 214 Railroad Workplace Safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and measure training activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage the RWP training program.
• Deliver safety training including 49 CFR 214 elements to staff and contractors.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments for compliance with OSHA, FRA, Cal/OSHA.
• Coordinate safety meetings and monitor program-wide compliance.
• Lead process improvements for safety and security initiatives across the program.
