• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent; 16–20 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA and FRA safety requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage the RWP training program.
• Delivers general and railroad safety training including 49 CFR 214 elements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments for compliance with OSHA/FRA/Cal/OSHA.
• Coordinate safety meetings among staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor compliance and provide program-wide recommendations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; coordinate with external rail partners.
• Prepare reports and briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
