Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• A safety-focused contractor responsible for overseeing worksite safety and flagging services as needed.
• Conduct job briefings and ensure full FRA (49 CFR 214) compliance.
• Monitor track conditions and train movements to keep personnel safe.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, engineers, and supervisors to grant permissions.
• Document all activities and submit reports to management and regulators.
• Enforce Railroad, State, and Federal policies.
