The successful candidate will lead the Field Services Coordinators, Utility Inspector Coordinators, and Project Field Auditors, while maintaining strong communication with inspectors, clients, and internal

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field activities and team workload assignments.
• Supervise and mentor field staff with guidance and support.
• Track project progress and staffing across multiple projects.
• Maintain communication with inspectors, railroad representatives, and clients.
• Escalate operational concerns to leadership as needed.
• Oversee training and qualification of field personnel and coordinators.
• Review audits and generate reports for project managers.
