Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage customer service operations and coach staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop supervisors and specialists.
• Ensure ethics, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Transportation and other departments to satisfy service commitments.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Drive training initiatives to improve skills and performance.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results.
• Serve as primary contact for service issues and performance updates.
