Responsibilities include operating railcars, augers, forklifts, and yard equipment, with attention to paperwork, upkeep, and safety procedures on a 1st shift basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training in safety procedures preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
• Able to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure with interruptions and deadlines.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Position railcars for loading and unloading operations.
• Connect and operate auger systems to facilitate product transfer.
• Use hammers or vibrators to loosen sugar from railcar sides as needed.
• Load, seal, jockey, and park trailers in designated areas.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, yard trucks, and rail car movers safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
