Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. diploma or GED; 2 years trade school or college education preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to develop working relationships with site team members and truck drivers.
• Experience safely handling industrial and agricultural chemicals in a chemical complex is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely spot, inspect, line up product, load and weigh railcars and trucks and complete required paperwork.
• Operate switch engine to move railcars and use the area computer and weigh scale.
• Sample product as required and ensure spill containment and railroad safety compliance.
• Coordinate with supervision, subcontractors and daily loading schedule; maintain safe housekeeping.
