Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a Loader – Rail Switching Technician to support loading railcars and moving product within an industrial facility. This full-time role emphasizes safety, training, and long-term growth, with strong team support and clear advancement opportunities.

The position involves loading operations, warehouse duties, and maintaining accurate paperwork, with a rotating 12-hour schedule. Experience with rail equipment and facility safety is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience and ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and inspects railcars prior to product transfer.
• Connects and disconnects loading arms or hoses.
• Checks for leaks, weighs railcars, and completes paperwork.
• Operates forklift and other warehouse machinery to load product onto trailers.
• Inspects trailers to ensure product securement and no damages.
• Reviews and/or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned to complete the job.
