Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, is hiring a Railcar Technician in Catlettsburg, KY. You will perform repair and maintenance on tank cars, lead a safety-conscious team, and ensure compliance with AAR rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding experience is required.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform basic railcar repairs and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Railcar Repair – follows current repair procedures.
• Conducts railcar inspections to ensure compliance and perform repairs as needed.
• Customer Support – meets customer expectations and requirements for work.
• Clerical – ensures invoicing, inspection, and work order data are complete.
• Maintains certifications, including tank car welding, and knowledge of AAR rules and regulations.
• Other work-related tasks as assigned.
