Job summary

Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a 2nd Shift Railcar Repair Supervisor in Oelwein, IA to lead the repair team and drive safety, quality, and on-time production.

You will oversee hourly staff, mentor employees, and ensure compliance with FRA and industry standards while coordinating with EHS and Quality teams to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of railcar repair, manufacturing, or industrial operations experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of FRA regulations and AAR Interchange Rules beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair operations and oversee hourly employees on the shop floor.
• Drive safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor production, track status, and report progress in meetings.
