• Manage staffing through recruitment, scheduling, training, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate daily team huddles to align on safety and production goals.
• Ensure accurate repair tracking, reporting, and customer updates.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, turnaround, and cost.
• Participate in safety and quality audits and support continuous improvement.
• Oversee billing accuracy and timely completion.
• Support employee development, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement and visual management practices.
