Qualdoc is seeking a Railcar Repair Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead field crews performing emergency response, railcar repairs, load adjustments, and track maintenance. This hands-on leadership role coordinates daily activities, enforces safety, and ensures work meets quality and operational standards.

The position requires at least 2 years in the railroad industry, knowledge of FRA/DOT regulations, and experience supervising teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the railroad industry.
• Knowledge of FRA, DOT and railroad safety regulations.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization and decision-making skills.
• Experience using MS Office and reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license; Class A or B CDL preferred.
• Experience operating cranes and excavators.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts.
• Understanding of rigging practices and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily assignments and direct field crews.

• Ensure compliance with FRA, DOT, and safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Starting Salary: $64,000/year, with higher salary available depending on experience

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Railcar Repair Supervisor to direct field crews performing railroad emergency response, railcar repairs, load adjustment and transfer, and track maintenance and construction.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating daily field activities, maintaining safe work practices, monitoring equipment and crew performance, and ensuring work is completed to quality and operational standards.
