Qualifications

• Arrive on time for 5:00 a.m. start.
• Understand and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Examine railcars for debris and prep needs.
• Remove dirt with blowers, scrapers, and hand tools.
• Prepare railcars according to instructions.
• Climb ladders and work safely up to 20 feet.
• Inspect tools before use and keep areas clean.
• Communicate safety concerns to supervision.
• Wear and maintain required PPE.
• Perform other railcar-preparation duties as assigned.
