Qualifications

• Railcar mechanical experience preferred, must have a background in welding and cutting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good communication and people skills, demonstrated ability to develop teamwork, and work with all levels of personnel in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, and mechanical repairs on railcars.
• Document work performed and record material usage.
• Ensure repair paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Complete repairs in a timely manner and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Assist with inspection and repairs as needed and support management as required.
