Qualifications

• Railcar mechanical experience preferred; welding and cutting background.
• Strong communication and people skills to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Welding, cutting, and mechanical type repairs.
• Document work performed and material usage.
• Ensure repair paperwork is complete and correct.
• Ensure that repair jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that vehicles and shops kept clean & safe.
• Ensure that the employees are working in a safe manner.
• Assist with inspection and repairs as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
