The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and timely completion of repair jobs in an industrial shop environment near Lebanon. Full duties include assisting inspection, maintaining clean work areas, and complying with safety policies.

Competenze

• Railcar mechanical experience preferred, must have a background in welding and cutting.
• Good communication and people skills with demonstrated ability to develop teamwork across levels of personnel.
