Job summary

Eagle Railcar Services is seeking a maintenance-focused technician to coordinate inspection, maintenance and repair of plant and railcar equipment. You will oversee the Preventive Maintenance Program, ensuring safety, compliance and timely repairs while managing costs and deadlines.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, lubrication/calibration, performance checks, record-keeping and 24/7 maintenance planning in a demanding industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 3 years verifiable work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and troubleshoot equipment impacting production.
• Lubricate or calibrate machinery as per manuals.
• Check performance of machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and verify equipment return to service.
• Perform everyday maintenance tasks around the facility.
• Plan for maintenance issues 24/7 coverage.
