Job summary

Auto Warehousing Company, Inc. is hiring 5 Full Time Rail Loaders for the Marysville location. Work is primarily outdoors, in all weather, with 6 a.m. starts and 8–10 hour shifts. You will load vehicles onto railcars, secure them, and prepare railcars for transport at the Marysville Honda facility.

The role is physically demanding, 100% outdoors, and involves training new staff, inspecting vehicles for damage, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold and maintain a valid State Driver's license.
• Good balance and ability to maintain 3 points of contact.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Work indoors and outdoors in extreme weather.
• Pass AWC Safe Driving and Rail Safety tests with 80%+ accuracy.
• Able to work in tight spaces during loading.
• Able to work at heights up to 15 feet.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto rail cars.
• Secure vehicles on rail cars using chocks or chains.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report results.
• Train new employees and temporary workers.
• Maintain positive conduct with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management.
• Report any issues to lead, supervisor, or manager.
