Job summary

Woojin IS America, Inc is seeking an HVAC Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, install, and test railcar HVAC systems and components. You will work with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, refrigerant-system service, and system commissioning per drawings and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on HVAC experience in transportation or industrial contexts.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• High attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, refurbish, install and test HVAC systems in railcars.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Document test results and maintain records.
