Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of train crews.
• Receive and relay switching orders; direct car movements in yards.
• Notify Conductor of orders and operate track switches as required.
• Manage cars online using RMI reports and ensure accurate daily lists.
• Ensure timely reporting and complete crew worksheets; investigate incidents.
