Job summary

Conrad Yelvington Distributors, a CRH company, seeks a general laborer to support unloading railcars and maintenance at our Florida rail terminal network.

You will follow supervisor directions, use hand tools, lawn care equipment, and assist with safety programs. Strong communication, reliability, and willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed are essential. Must pass pre-employment checks and maintain attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Unload railcars and maintain terminal site as directed.
• Follow directions of Lead Rail or Area Manager for daily tasks.
• Perform maintenance with hand tools and equipment.
• Travel to other company facilities as needed.
• Promote safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
