Conrad Yelvington Distributors, a CRH company, is seeking a Laborer Rail Crew in Saint Augustine, FL to assist in unloading railcars and maintaining the rail terminal facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adaptability across multiple sites within the CRH network.

Responsibilities include following lead directions, using basic hand tools, operating landscaping gear, and participating in the Conductor Certification program to advance to Rail Specialist Certification for train

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Unload railcars and maintain terminal site using hand tools.
• Operate landscaping tools to maintain the facility as needed.
• Support safety by following OSHA/MSHA guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other company facilities as required and complete required certifications.
