Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Related experience in construction or physical labor preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Lead Rail or Area Manager for daily tasks at each terminal site.
• Unload railcars using shovels, brooms and hand tools; maintain terminal site.
• Operate lawn mower, weed eater and other landscaping tools to maintain facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance on terminal equipment and machinery.
• May operate heavy equipment with proper training/certification.
• Travel to other company facilities as needed; maintain safety compliance.
