Job summary

ADM Rail Transportation Field Specialist in Decatur, IL is a full-time, hourly role focused on safe, efficient transloading of materials from railcars into shipping containers. You’ll operate the HopperBot system and railcar movers, ensure load accuracy, and work with yard operations and safety teams.

The position offers a 1st shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday), $26.00 per hour, weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)/ESOP

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must know how to safely operate a railcar mover (Trackmobile) and other material handling equipment.
• Fall protection training required.

Responsibilities

• Railcar unloading: connect hoses, verify product type and quantity, document unloading and weigh tickets.
• Operate HopperBot railcar clean-out system and other material handling equipment.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and proper documentation of transloading operations.
