Cando Rail is seeking a Transload Operator to perform safe loading and unloading of rail cars in a customer‑driven setting. You will work in a safety‑minded environment and support the switching teams with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and reliability in a safety‑driven environment.
• Ability to read and write safety briefings, policy and procedure manuals.
• Physically capable of climbing railcars and handling equipment in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of transloading equipment and follow procedures.
• Make all connections for product transfers.
• Conduct daily inspections and testing of equipment and safety devices.
• Report safety and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Comply with government, customer, and company rules and promote safe work habits.
• Complete daily reports and logs.
• Support switching teams and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
