Railserve in Bloomington, CA, is hiring dependable Transloaders to support daily transloading and rail operations in an active industrial environment. You will work around railcars and equipment, ensuring safe movement, loading, unloading, and inspection according to procedures.

The role is outdoor, physically active, and requires strong safety awareness, teamwork, and reliability. Training is provided; growth into rail operations and leadership is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong attendance and dependability required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy equipment and materials.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily transloading and rail operations activities.
• Safely move and secure railcars within the facility.
• Operate hand and ground throw switches, derails, and gates.
• Control equipment movement using radio communication, hand signals, and lanterns.
• Apply and release hand brakes to secure equipment.
• Handle air hoses, wheel chocks, and railcar connections.
• Observe tracks and surrounding areas for safety hazards or obstructions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Complete operational reports and documentation as required.
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
• Follow company operating procedures and safety requirements.
