Job summary

Eco Solution seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a chemical rail transload facility in a safety-first, regulatory-compliant environment. You will oversee daily bulk loading/unloading, manage a skilled team, and coordinate with railroad partners and chemical clients to optimize throughput and minimize risk.

The role emphasizes safety culture, asset maintenance, and collaboration with Class I railroads.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in rail transloading or bulk liquid logistics management.
• Solid knowledge of DOT, OSHA, FRA, and hazmat rules.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour preferred; TWIC card required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all inbound and outbound bulk transfers between railcars and trucks.
• Ensure accuracy of rail car setups, loading profiles, and manifests.
• Lead safety and regulatory compliance; prepare for audits and oversee investigations.
