Job summary

Eco Solution is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Chemical Rail Transload facility, overseeing daily bulk chemical loading/unloading and ensuring strict safety and environmental compliance. You will coordinate with railroad partners and clients, manage a skilled transload team, and optimize throughput.

The role emphasizes risk reduction, regulatory performance, and proactive safety culture, with competitive compensation and benefits in a field-critical operation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of supervisory or management experience in rail transloading, chemical processing, refining, or bulk liquid logistics.
• Deep understanding of DOT (49 CFR), OSHA, FRA, and hazardous materials protocols.
• HazWOPER 40-hour certification preferred; TWIC card active required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; equivalent industrial management experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Plan, schedule, and supervise all inbound and outbound bulk liquid and dry chemical transfers between railcars and tanker trucks. Ensure accuracy of rail car setups, loading profiles, and manifests.
