Job summary

Terravanta Inc, based in Seattle, is looking for a Project Coordinator/Office Engineer to work on a significant mega project in the Rail and Transit Industry. The successful candidate will independently handle field engineering tasks, managing plans, schedules, and reviewing subcontractor performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years of experience in similar fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with document control systems. The compensation includes a competitive salary and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in construction, engineering, or transit projects.
• PM – 5+ years minimum of experience.
• Managing projects over $30M.

Responsibilities

• Work on a mega project in the Rail and Transit Industry.
• Perform all aspects of field engineering assignments.
• Review subcontractor performance to assure contract compliance.
