Job summary

The LiRo Group is looking for Inspectors based in New Jersey. This role involves monitoring project schedules, coordinating plans, and interfacing with clients and contractors. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience, especially with rail projects, and must possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years + experience in construction or related field.
• Working around rail projects experience is required.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project schedule and budget.
• Interface with clients/agencies and contractors.
• Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings.
• Track work progress through daily field reports and photographs.

Skills

Experience working on projects for Amtrak, NJ Transit or transportation

Strong written and oral communication skills

Collaborating with multiple team members

Ability to maintain field and office records
