• 8–10+ years of business development experience in railroad, rail, or transit.
• Established network with rail and transit agencies, owners and industry partners.
• Proven success in winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans for Railroad & Transit growth.
• Build relationships with transit agencies, rail organizations, clients and teaming firms.
• Lead capture strategies, including client positioning and win strategies.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams on proposals and fee strategies.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client engagements.
• Mentor internal teams on BD and client relationship strategies.
• Transition opportunities to project delivery after awards.
