Job summary

Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. in Richmond, IL, is seeking an experienced machinist to join our on-site crew.

After hands-on training on 1st shift, you will transition to 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00pm–1:30am) and set up and operate manual milling machines, use an overhead crane, and document quality records. You should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of machining experience, with solid knowledge of feeds, speeds, and chip load, and the ability to read production drawings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and chip load.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-site in Richmond, IL.
