Job summary

Railserve is seeking dependable Track Laborers to support track construction, maintenance, and inspection in Kansas. This full-time, outdoor role involves teamwork to ensure safe rail operations and efficient performances on-site.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with potential to rise to $22.00 based on experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and more. Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive spikes and assist with track installation and maintenance.
• Move and set cross ties and sections of rail.
• Shovel ballast and support track alignment.
• Adjust and lubricate switches; tighten track bolts and hardware.
