Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with railroad safety rules and FRA standards.
• Oversee daily work of maintenance crews and plan repairs.
• Identify track defects and develop repair plans with materials and resources.
• Supervise use of hand/tools and track equipment; ensure safe operation.
• Conduct crew briefings and ensure responsibilities are understood.
• Drive company vehicles and operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Perform CDL-related duties and ensure regulatory compliance.
