Job summary

Watco Transloading in Fryburg, ND is hiring a Terminal Operator for our Fryburg Rail Terminal. This hands-on outdoor role loads crude oil and other liquids into railcars, operates pumps and equipment, inspects railcars, and completes basic documentation while helping keep the terminal safe and running efficiently.

No prior rail or transloading experience is required. On-the-job training is provided and safety is a priority in all tasks performed outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• No prior rail or transloading experience required.
• Read, write, and communicate in English and understand basic math.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance.
• Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Transloading of Oils and Liquids, primarily crude oil.
• Complete all applicable documentation, recordkeeping and daily inventory.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds alone, twist, climb.
• Operate engines/pumps within defined operating parameters.
• Must be able to work with a team and follow work rules.
