PRS Auto in West Columbia, SC is hiring immediately for a Railroad Automotive Supervisor to join our team at the CSX West Columbia auto facility. This full-time, entry-level role requires no prior experience as we will train you to perform effectively in a key intermodal operation.

As the Automotive Yard Supervisor, you will coordinate terminal operations, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and cost controls while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License.
Advanced knowledge of the railroad industry from training or experience.
Ability to assist in conflict resolution and mediation.
Proven managerial skills and ability to lead and train employees.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversees scheduling and coordination of automotive activities at the terminal.
Ensures productivity and service levels meet company standards.
Upholds safety policies and maintains high standards.
Manages manpower levels, schedules and duties.
Directs customer contact to meet requirements and protect operations.
