Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a Team Leader to drive safety, performance, and development on site in Columbia, SC. The role emphasizes servant leadership and coaching to foster growth and uphold high safety standards.

Responsibilities include guiding training, conducting safety observations, and ensuring procedures align with PSC and customer requirements. A background in lead roles and ability to work in the U.S. are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor)
• Industrial experience is a plus but not required
• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience is a plus

• Provides positive reinforcement and timely one-on-one coaching to support employee growth and accountability
• Reviews area procedures for accuracy, redlines necessary updates, and communicates changes to PSC and customer leadership
• Performs other duties as assigned to support team performance and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule

12 hour rotating shift (alternates between days / nights) Includes holidays and weekends
