You will lead 3D integration analyses, manage the train digital mock-up, and develop tolerance stack-ups to ensure successful system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Integration.
• Proficient with 3D CAD tools.
• Familiar with DOORS and standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 3D mechanical integration analysis across train components.
• Lead development and integration of mechanical systems, including supplier collaboration.
• Maintain the full train digital mock-up in 3D CAD environments.
• Develop and oversee tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure successful system integration.
• Produce full train assembly drawings to support manufacturing processes.
• Design mechanical components such as frames, brackets, and supporting structures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver engineering excellence.
